Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the cancellation and refund procedures for services provided by Potli Ventures Private Limited (including the Potli app and website, collectively referred to as "We" / "Our" / "Us") to users ("You" / "Your" / "User"). This policy is a part of and shall be read with the Terms of Service.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the Potli app or by contacting our support team at support@potli.io.
- Immediate Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Access Continuation: You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid billing period.
- Auto-renewal: Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal of your subscription for the next billing cycle.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided for digital services once accessed. However, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from using the service, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error or duplicate billing.
- Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization.
- Service Discontinuation: If we discontinue the service before the end of your billing period.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@potli.io within 30 days of the charge. Your refund request must include:
- Your account email address
- Order/transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documentation (if applicable)
We will review your refund request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed and credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Subscription fees after the service has been accessed and used
- Partial subscription periods (no prorated refunds)
- Subscription cancellations made after the billing cycle has renewed
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after the original charge
App Store and Google Play Purchases
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are subject to the respective platform's refund policies:
- Apple App Store: Refunds must be requested directly through Apple. Visit Apple Support for instructions.
- Google Play Store: Refunds must be requested directly through Google. Visit Google Play Support for instructions.
We do not have control over app store refund decisions and cannot override their policies.
Modification of Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time. In the event of significant service changes that materially affect your subscription, we will provide reasonable notice and may offer prorated refunds at our discretion.
Free Trial Periods
If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
